Cycling routes around Voorschoten and Wassenaar

Cycling is an ideal way to explore the area between Leiden, The Hague and Zoetermeer.

The area is particularly rich and varied, covering beach and dunes, country estates, sandbank formations and the Vliet zone with its polders and pastures. The great thing about cycling is that you get to see all of these majestic landscapes in one go.

Toeristisch Overstap Punt: Tourist Transfer Point (TOP)

One of these Tourist Transfer Points is right next to Hotel De Gouden Leeuw, Veurseweg 180. Various cycle and hiking trails start from here. It’s easy to access by car and Bus 45 (Leiden–The Hague) has a stop here.
