Koninklijk landschap de Horsten

It is a beautiful and continuous large green area in the Randstad of 415 hectares. and there is a lot to be said about it historically. But the area is especially interesting from a landscape point of view because of the special and still well-recognizable geology of the landscape in and around the Horsten, located at the intersection between the old dune sections running north-south and the basin of the old Rhine at right angles to it.
