Why: When you turn into the driveway of Kasteel de Wittenburg, a serene peace comes over you. Then turn the corner and see the beautiful 120-year-old castle in all its glory.
It is fantastic that such a pearl has been preserved for the region. The owners maintain both the castle and the estate well, and they opened a beautiful restaurant a few years ago.
It is wonderful to relax on the terrace of Restaurant Sophie, not only because of the food and drinks, but also because it is all spacious.
Now that it's open again, we have found our favorite place in Wassenaar again and we would like to share it with everyone.
