Most shops are located on Langstraat, Luifelbaan and Van Hogendorpstraat, but there are also plenty of shops around these areas. In the Langstraat, you can only walk, cycling is not allowed, so it's ideal for shopping. And if you want to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, a cup of coffee, delicatessen shopping or an ice cream. Parking near the shops in Wassenaar

Close to the shops in Wassenaar are several FREE parking spaces. There are two car parks: under the Luifelbaan and under the HEMA "den Hoek"). You walk straight into the centre of Wassenaar. Here, the parking disc zone applies with a maximum parking time of 2 hours. You can also park well on the Kloosterland or on the Berkheiveld. There is no parking disc zone on the Berkheiveld!
It is also easy to reach and park in the centre by bike or scooter.

A day out in Wassenaar

A day out in Wassenaar is always a good idea! You can go to the beach, cycle through the dunes, walk through one of the many forests, visit Duinrell amusement park and of course go shopping. Of course, a combination is also possible. How about shopping in the morning and then going to the beach. And whether you want to bake in the sun and swim in summer or get a breath of fresh air in autumn, the beach is just a nice place! The shops in Wassenaar are also along many cycling routes, so that's a great opportunity to do some shopping. Or enjoy breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner on one of the terraces.
